The son of partner Brandon Gaines, Jeff has real estate in his DNA. His strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a good sense of humor make Jeff Gaines a valuable asset to the Yerman Gaines team. Now an experienced practitioner, Jeff has achieved success in his own right. As a native Baltimorean, Jeff understands each individual neighborhood in Baltimore City and County. He starts any new client interaction by getting to know the client on a personal level to determine their needs and motivations. Previously, Jeff worked in construction and made the transition to real estate with an entrepreneurial spirit and the hopes to build a successful business while helping his clients achieve their goals. Jeff knows personal connections have a long reach in Baltimore and sitting down to have a one on one from the start will put Jeff and the client on the right track to achieving success whether selling or buying a home. |
